|Recommended: YesA quiet and clean place — I recently moved in to university hills and I am really enjoying the place, especially for the fact, it's one of the safest and cleanest place for students, I love this place.

|Recommended: YesPretty Nice Spot — Well put together. Couple things had to be fixed because of the previous tenants, but maintenance was incredibly fast at getting to those and fixing them. Most were done by the first day The staff really has welcomed us and made it feel like a great place to live The 24 hour gym and study area is a big help to keep my time occupied.

|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — My husband and I live together in an apartment and it has been great. The space is good for us, the staff is very helpful and quick to respond, it is very affordable, and we have not had any issues at all. We are not staying in Toledo but if we were we would definitely not leave this place.
