I’ve been living at University Hills for about 6 to 8 months, and it’s been an amazing experience. The environment is clean and peaceful, the leasing office is super responsive and friendly, and the monthly programs help create a real sense of community. Even though I share an apartment, it’s been nothing but welcoming and calm thanks in part to great roommates. I truly feel at home here and highly recommend it

|Recommended: YesPretty Nice Spot — Well put together. Couple things had to be fixed because of the previous tenants, but maintenance was incredibly fast at getting to those and fixing them. Most were done by the first day The staff really has welcomed us and made it feel like a great place to live The 24 hour gym and study area is a big help to keep my time occupied.
