|Recommended: YesPerfect place for students — First and best thing, it is really close to campus, you just have to cross main road and you are in University Hall. The staff is polite and the managers are awesome The best part is the service, someone is always available 24x7 to help in emergencies and other than that you can just go to the front desk or put in work order and they generally do your work in a day or two. Talking about rooms, I think if you just talk about rooms, I think D1 rooms are the best I lived there for 6 months and then I move in with my girlfriend, so now I am in B2, it is also cool The balcony is just perfect, it is not super big and not too small, just the perfect size. Most of the apartments comes with furniture so that's a big yes

|Recommended: YesAffordable place to live in — This is my first year at University Hills and I am really liking it. It is a great place to live here. The staff has a really friendly nature and they help within few minutes. They try to solve all of our problems. This place has all the amenities that a student could need and also families can live here. I like this place very much and I am planning to sign my lease for another year too. This place makes me feel like I am home. They also have emergency number where we can call when no one is in the office or when the office is closed. It has a homely environment and all the people living here too are great. This is a great soceity to live in.

|Recommended: YesLiving at University Hills for 3 Years — Living at University Hills has been really nice the past three years. The staff and complex itself is really well put together. Maintenance is always on time and couldn't hear neighbors until this year. With that being said there are always some things that could be improved on such as cheaper rent rates and eliminate double occupancy considering no other college town has things set up as University Hills does.

|Recommended: YesSmall, close to campus, nice — I enjoy it. It can be loud sometimes in the hallways. Ive had many small issues that I have found in my apartment that need fixed.

|Recommended: YesAffordable Student Housing Located Right Next to Campus — I love being a short walk from campus which allows me to avoid the cramped parking situation on campus. I like that my walk to campus is also very safe. The property manager, Ashley, and the rest of leasing staff, Lora and Emily especially, go above and beyond to make sure the residents are taken care of and happy with their living situation. Any time I have a question the staff always greats me with a smile. When looking around for apartments I had the best tour experience at Uhills compared to Olde Towne and Edge. I felt as though the apartments make me feel more at home when compared to other off-campus properties. Thanks to Uhills my sister and I can live together in a 2 bedroom apartment for a reasonable rent price. Did I mention I have lived here for several years That's how great it has been
