submitted by Hannah R. - |Recommended: YesHighly Recommend — I feel very safe in my apartment community with the security measures provided. Easy and convenient access to the University of Toledo. It is close enough to walk or bike to classes every day. Very nice and helpful maintenance and staff who are responsive to any questions or problems. Many amenities included However, be aware that it is an older apartment complex. Many renovations have been completed over the past few years I have lived here which has been nice, but I still prefer 2nd and 3rd-floor balconies to the 1st-floor patio spaces.
response from property -Thank you Hannah for your review. We are so glad you are enjoying living at University Hills, we enjoy having you as a resident.
submitted by Camaron T. - |Recommended: YesI think I am really going to like it here. — It isn't bad. I think the walls are a little thing but other than that I love it. I just wish that if someone wants me to like turn the noice down to just come and tell me

submitted by Michelle S. - |Recommended: YesThe University Hills community and staff have been amazing, and very helpful — I would definitely tell them it’s worth it, given the location and how nicely prepared the unit is. There is also a lot of space, and the staff is very helpful Plus, they have specials and deals

submitted by Avery K. - |Recommended: YesComfortable place to live — The units themselves are nice, comfortable, and for the most part aesthetically pleasing - and very secure. The only issues we've had in the unit were with the air conditioning heating and the washing machine. I will say maintenance is often difficult to get in contact with when things need inspecting fixing. Frequently our requests for maintenance went unanswered and our issues unsolved. As I mentioned, the building feels very safe however there is a door leading to the parking lot that sticks and will not budge unless shouldered open or kicked. Possible fire hazard and I have mentioned this to the leasing office multiple times. Communication with the leasing office, generally, is accessible and efficient, and they are always able to answer questions.
response from property -Thank you Avery for your honest feedback. We are happy to hear that you are enjoying living with us we love having you as a resident and look forward to another year with you!

I hate living here

submitted by Tinisha M. - |Recommended: YesGreat Student Housing — The commute to campus is great. Staff is friendly and great at communicating news. The pricing is decent for the apartment size and location. The only problem I have is I can hear my neighbors above me whenever they are walking.
response from property -Thank you Tinisha for your positive feedback, we are so glad you are enjoying living at University Hills. We love having you guys as a resident and look forward to spending another year with you guys!
submitted by David A. - |Recommended: YesDog friendly, secure, close to campus. Great for last 2 years. — Parking is one of the biggest advantages to considering University Hills. Unlike other options, I always have a spot usually the same . If you are looking to get a pet in the future, from my building, the dog park is right around the corner. There is also plenty of doggie bag stations around the premises if the dog park is in use. Distance from campus allows me to save money, not buying a UT parking pass for the last 2 years. Affordable options. My unit single bedroom, double occupancy good space for the two of us and our pitty
