|Recommended: YesU Hills is great for graduate students — University hills is located so close to campus while also having a quiet atmosphere and privacy in the community. There are areas where students can be social with neighbors in the community when they want to be while also not being a very loud community to live in. I live in the 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartments and that building is pretty low key- you don't see a lot of people. The area is nice and there is plenty of parking in the community.

|Recommended: YesBest place to live at Toledo — It's the best place to live here. Beautiful complex, friendly staffs and great amenities. If you have some extra money in your pocket and want to live a peaceful life without hassle, this is the place. We enjoyed our first home at University hills as a couple and we will forever hold it in our heart. Thank you University hills for caring.

|Recommended: NoI absolutely would NOT recommend this place to anyone Let me tell you what paying 1099 per month wont get you. It wont get you the basic necessity of a DISH WASHER, it wont get you an in unit washer and dryer, it wont get you a pool, it wont get you a well kept landscape, it wont get you an updated interior. I can honestly not see paying a dime over 650 for this place Even worse you have to PAY 50 per month to park at your own apartment. I just moved in and already can not wait to move out. Coming from EDGE 1120 I am in a bit of a culture shock. My suggestion is to take your money to EDGE 1120, Olde Town or Even VIVO I will be steering all 15 thousand of my followers away from this complex, the value for what you get is just not worth it. This place needs a total renovation. I mean come on, how does this place not have a dish washer. The excuse that they are within walkind distance from campus is invalid. So are fully furnished, well kept, NEW places such as EDGE and Olde Town.

|Recommended: YesIs what it is — I liked living here for the time being, it was nice to move into an apartment with new carpet, made me feel better that it was clean.There's just a couple things that could be improved it smells like dog poop when there is a good wind because no one picks up after their animals, there have been cars parked with a guest pass since the beginning of our lease not that there isn't enough parking , but the fact that we paid for parking and someone is using a free guest pass to pretty much store a car on the grounds, there should be garbage disposals in every unit - the amount of times we used draino even after watching what we put in the sink was crazy. Change out the toilet lids to porcelain The material they are made out of stains and molds really easily even with weekly cleaning. The inside of the buildings themselves need to be cleaned more then a vacuum every once in awhile. Lastly, I'm still kind of upset about our shower, after it got coated it keeps cracking and there is a big piece of coating missing on the wall, and it just makes the shower look nasty.

|Recommended: YesVery comfortable and well located — It's really close to campus, offers good amenities, rent is pretty good, nice fire pit for BBQ and having bonfires, really kind and attended staff.

|Recommended: YesRent is affordable. They are constantly improving things such as landscape, updating units and the overall look. I haven't had any issues so far and have renewed my lease for another year. It is way better than my old apartment complex so I am happy.

|Recommended: YesIt is not bad at all — I would tell them that it is not the cheapest of places but it is not a bad place to live. It offers nice amenities and the staff are knowledgable and always ready to help with any issues.

|Recommended: NoThe property is great for college students — The experience here is great, the apartments are nice. The keep up with maintenance calls and is very polite with residents. But when there’s an issue as far as looking over video footage, they can never find the issue. Example, my roommate had her window broken out and after they said they would look over the footage, that was about it. My car has dog poop on it and I asked to look over the footage, but they didn’t find anything with that either. Other than that I haven’t had issues.
