|Recommended: YesRent is affordable. They are constantly improving things such as landscape, updating units and the overall look. I haven't had any issues so far and have renewed my lease for another year. It is way better than my old apartment complex so I am happy.

|Recommended: YesIt is not bad at all — I would tell them that it is not the cheapest of places but it is not a bad place to live. It offers nice amenities and the staff are knowledgable and always ready to help with any issues.

|Recommended: NoThe property is great for college students — The experience here is great, the apartments are nice. The keep up with maintenance calls and is very polite with residents. But when there’s an issue as far as looking over video footage, they can never find the issue. Example, my roommate had her window broken out and after they said they would look over the footage, that was about it. My car has dog poop on it and I asked to look over the footage, but they didn’t find anything with that either. Other than that I haven’t had issues.

|Recommended: YesIt is a great place for staying close to UT — Well maintained apartments and community. Quiet community. Apartments are equipped with modern appliances. If getting an apartment with furniture, the furniture is of good quality. The staff is very approachable, helpful, and polite.

|Recommended: YesGreat lovely place ,few improvements could help — It’s a great nice place , they should offer a bigger refrigerator for 4 by 4 apartments or at least an extra mini fridge or something . I don’t know how 4 people is supposed to share a fridge especially when they’re roommate is foreign so she stocks quite a bit since she doesn’t drive or anything. Walls are kind of thin I can hear my roommate phone calls. Overall UHILLS is a lovely place to stay .

|Recommended: YesGood — Everything is good regarding location since it's close to campus. However, they told me before giving me the room that there was going to be a general clean up, to have it all ready for me. They did clean the carpet, but there is some damage in the walls that they never fixed Other than that, great place and atmosphere. I'm in love with the fireplace
