|Recommended: YesDecent place to live — Aside from the lease office not being open for an hour after listed hours, the overall feel of the place is very nice. Maintenance is kind, the apartments carpets are well kept, and the apartment building is as quiet as a mouse.

We apologize for the issue at move in there was an emergency with the staff member who was supposed to be working and had to get someone in to cover their shift. |Recommended: YesLove this complex I’ve been in 3 different apartments U-Hiils is by far my favorite. Common areas are always clean and the people living here are always friendly. Staff if also super attentive to any issues I’ve had get them resolved quickly

|Recommended: YesKirsten Allen Review 201A — I started living here a year ago as of this month. It was super easy to get in especially since it was such late notice of me having to move. Since I've been here, I've had a good living experience. The staff is amazing and very kind. I hit a rough patch where I was unable to pay rent on time and the manager really helped me out by working with me and showing me rental assistance places. I've lived at three different apartment complexes since moving to Toledo due to job movement and this is by far the best one yet. I would one hundred percent recommend living here and in fact have told many friends to do so. It's nice to live somewhere that the staff actually cares.

|Recommended: YesNot Great — Cheap rent, however I have been disappointed with the cleanliness of the common areas, the lack of responsiveness to problems, sudden and unexplained wifi outages, and most importantly the hot water shutdown. I regret renewing my lease for another year.

|Recommended: NoCould do a little better — The community is nice and peaceful but the rooms and the living area could use some better work and the people in the office could help a little more when it comes to moving in and what's going on when it's time to move in.
