|Recommended: YesNot Great — Cheap rent, however I have been disappointed with the cleanliness of the common areas, the lack of responsiveness to problems, sudden and unexplained wifi outages, and most importantly the hot water shutdown. I regret renewing my lease for another year.

|Recommended: NoCould do a little better — The community is nice and peaceful but the rooms and the living area could use some better work and the people in the office could help a little more when it comes to moving in and what's going on when it's time to move in.

|Recommended: NoNot great for law students peaceful people — Its predominantly undergrad. So, loud talking, parties during the week, and a general lack of consideration for people around them. I like my unit. It’s cute, but I’ll take quiet over cute.
