|Recommended: YesMaintenance is so quick and friendly There are always parking spaces available, and so close to campus that I easily walk every day. The noise relatively low as well. Overall, it’s a good place to live if you are a student.

|Recommended: NoI had a leaking problem in both apartments I stayed in and it did take awhile to get fixed for both apartments but besides the leaking issue I haven’t really had any problems with the staff or my apartment

|Recommended: YesFriendly staff and good on site security. Very close to UT campus. It is very easy to bike or walk to classes each day. Highly recommend the apartments with a balcony. I love to sit out there when the weather permits. If you have a car, parking can always be found near the apartments. University Hills is also pet friendly, so your furry friends can live here too. 😀 They also have several residents activities, games, or get together each month, which are always fun.

|Recommended: YesI think it is a very nice place to live I’ve been here for some months now and I am going to renew my lease — It’s very nice quiet, the staff are nice the gym is always clean. if you go to UT it is right there a nice neighborhood.

|Recommended: NoStaff knowledge — There have been multiple times the staff would not be knowledgeable, or not contact me back. I had to call back to back for problems before only to be told to call the next day. It makes me weary of reaching out to staff when I need to.

|Recommended: YesGreat Location — This is your typical off campus apartments. Really close to campus and ample parking although you have to buy a yearly pass . As a graduate student, it is relatively quiet and a good place for studying. I have only experienced mild partying towards the end of semesters. Apartments aren't huge but they're also not a shoebox. My apartment has a balcony which is really nice to sit on and relax with a glass of wine. Rent is pretty average, especially considering the parking. Water and trash are included which is great, but the resident has to pay for gas and electric. Also, only some of the units have dishwashers and laundry my unit has neither so I have to use a pay laundry machine in the basement and hand wash all my dishes . This is a good place for me because I spend most of my days on campus if you spend more time at your apartment, you might enjoy a slightly larger space. There is a convenient courtyard with a fire pit, which is great for socializing. The complex supplies dog waste baskets bags. However, the baskets seem like they're always full. This is incredible to me because people NEVER clean up their dog poop and it's a minefield walking through the grass, especially at night. There is also a small dog park area, but it also suffers the same fate.
Overall, a pretty good place to live.
