|Recommended: NoNot the best — I have moved in 2 weeks ago and I’ve had a least 6 problems with my apartment. It seemed like they gave my roommate and I an apartment that was not cleaned. My bathroom was disgusting, mold in our dishwasher, and my carpet seems like it’s missing stability in it. The maintenance here is on the slower side as well. I wish this complex would seem like they care more because first impressions are everything.

|Recommended: YesLiving at UHills is pretty good this far — My apartment at UHills has accomplished its purpose of giving me my own space that I don't have to share with anyone. The rooms in my apartment seem to be older with some odd design choices e.g. 2 ceiling lights in the kitchen but none in the bedroom , but they are very spacious, and it's the first time in my college experience that I feel like I have enough space to fit everything I own. My largest complaint is that the air conditioning struggles a bit on hotter days. Overall, I'm enjoying living here.

|Recommended: NoIt’s okay… — First day moved in the apartment there was so many dead flies on the floor and the bathroom has dry walls all over the place. We have to deep clean the floor in the kitchen section because it was so sticky People smoke in their apartment and the hallways smelled like cigarettes. Everything seems kinda old. Laundry is not free here and it tooks 3 cycles to dry my clothes and every single use cost 1.25 to use the washer and dryer. Parking is okay.
