|Recommended: YesGood but portal makes things confusing — i enjoy living here but the portal is confusing and keeps logging me out every time i try to turn in things. there are a lot of glitches in the system

|Recommended: YesUniversity Hill — I will be going to school so it's super close to the university of Toledo. I have the one bedroom apart with me and my boyfriend and it has a lot of space for both of our things. IT'S PET FRIENDLY.

|Recommended: YesGreat sized apartments, great parking. Little complaints. — Community is kind and welcoming. The B3 apartments are a great size for two people. There is plenty of parking and dumpsters throughout for trash, and the units themselves are sound structurally. There are just quite a bit cosmetic flaws in the walls, ceilings, cabinets, details, etc. that add up. But, if you can overlook these, it is a great place for college students to live. You are practically living on campus for an off-campus price.

|Recommended: YesOverall an ok place to live — the outside is good and you need to enter two doors to get into your apartment so that's good security. the shower had some of the plastic pealing off and my apartment has a weed and cigarette smell even though I stated that I'm not smoking friendly. Maybe its a roommate problem or maybe not but either way its a problem. its close to the campus and I do feel safe since Its by a bigger road so i think thats a little note of safety
